    Just send proof, and we’ll refund you — no questions asked.
  2. If more than 15 business days have passed since your payment and we haven’t booked your appointment.
  3. If you experienced multiple reschedules and feel our service did not fully assist you.
    We review each case with care and fairness.

⏱️ Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days.
